When is a Poppet Not Just a Poppet?

…when it is practically jewelry! Just look at the quality of these parts!

Typically, you only see the outside of one of our valves and those are quite nicely machined as well.

However, the key to perfect operation over time lies in machining the internal parts perfectly, both inside and out.

Note that for optimal flow characteristics, an odd number of holes that not offset from each other is necessary. This is especially challenging to machine cleanly.

This is an 06 size, so we’re only talking about a 1/2″ or so.

We’re not quite ready to release the jewelry line just yet, but our internals just keep getting better!
